💬 Who I Am
Hey, I’m Emma—founder of EmPower Fitness, hybrid fitness and health coach, and someone who gets it. I started lifting four years ago during one of the hardest times in my life. Dealing with built-up trauma, and a rocky relationship with food and my body, I turned to fitness as a way to cope. Over time, it became a tool for healing, growth, and self-empowerment.
I am 22 years old. I just graduated from Umass Lowell with my Bachelors of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Science. I am also working towards my CPT with NASM. On my time away from the gym I enjoy babysitting, reading, and spending time with my 3 cats :)
I created EmPower Fitness to help other women feel strong physically and mentally, without falling into toxic “fitness culture” traps. My coaching is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and the belief that you don’t need to change who you are to feel your best. You just need support that actually supports you.
